A former member of the Senate, Senator Muhammad Magoro has urged Northern governors at the gathering of political heavyweights to reject President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Tax Reform Bills.
Sen. Magoro made the statement as the chairman of the book launch in Kebbi State titled “Mr Project” which highlights the achievement of Kebbi State Governor, Mr Nasiru Idris.
He remarked that there’s no justifiable reasons for legislative arm of government to consider the bill in hurry.
He noted that the Petroleum Industry Bills (PIB) was not passed in hurry by the Senate.
Book launch in honour of Governor titled Mr Project, it’s a compendium governhor’s achievement in office.
Book reviewer, Prof. Muhammad Lawal, a professor of Law said there is no substitute for reading the book “Mr Project”.
The special guest of honour, Prof. Babagana Zulum led other dignitaries to unveil the book. He commended the leadership of Kebbi State for supporting Governor Nasiru Idris.
Chairman of the occasion, special guest of honour and others joined the governor to see the completed projects in the state.
