A lot of people have started reacting to the death of migrant elephant found in Ougbogbo village, Saki West Local Government Area of the State.
The Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State, (BCOS) reports that the elephant died on Friday in the custody of the University of Ibadan.
This happened barely hours after the elephant was conveyed to UI Zoological Garden from the village it was found.
The Director of UI Zoological Garden, Dr. Kabeer Popoola led a delegation to Saki West Local Government Area of Oyo State to move the elephant to Ibadan on Thursday after the approval by the traditional rulers and Chairman of the local government.
Ojekunle Michael reacts that poor handling killed the elephant. His reaction was based on picture showing how the elephant was moved from Saki to Ibadan.
