No fewer than one hundred (100) market women recently benefitted from the cash empowerment facilitated by the immediate past senator representing Oyo South Senatorial District, Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi.
The beneficiaries of the cash empowerment extolled the virtues of Okanlomo of Ibadanland for assisting them with cash to boost their business outfit in Inalende community.
While appreciating Senator Akanbi on behalf of the market women, Alhaji Rasaki Yusuf, a community leader at Inalende took his time to enumerate various impactful programme and projects Senator Akanbi has facilitated to Inalende.
In his words, Alhaji Rasaki said Senator Akanbi secured Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) permanent job appointment for two persons in Inalende.
He said further that Senator Akanbi is an household name in Inalende, he specifically mentioned that Okanlomo of Ibadanland facilitated eighteen (18) well water to various homes at Inalende community.
To cap it all, Alhaji Rasaki said Senator Akanbi was instrumental in renovation of various mosques in Inalende community.
