It was a beautiful sight to behold on Wednesday,  November 24, 2021 as a newly appointed teacher by Oyo State Post Primary Schools Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Mr. Ibikunle Oyewale Titus brought smiles to the faces of staff and students of Oranyan Grammar School in Oyo town, Oyo State.

Mr Ibikunle, who was recently posted to the school, provided chairs to indigent students of Junior Secondary School One (JSS1) in his place of primary assignment.

According to the donour, he was touched by the students’ inability to enjoy a conducive learning environment. He took upon himself and decided to intervene in his own little ways by providing chairs to aid effective teaching-learning atmosphere for the students.

Mr. Ibikunle Oyewale Titus is a Ph.D student at the University of Ibadan who resigned recently as a banker to take up a teaching job in order to follow his passion and also contribute his own quota to the development of education in Oyo state and Nigeria.

He thereafter called on Nigerian citizens to support government in all ramifications by assisting the government when the need arises.

Visibly elated members of staff of the school led by the Principal and students took turns each to appreciate and pray for Mr Ibikunle.
