Oyo State Government under the leadership of Engr Seyi Makinde has reinstated suspended monarch, Onido of Ido, Oba Gbolagade Muritala Babalola, Gbadewolu 1 bare six months after his suspension.
Hon. Sheriff Adeojo, Ido LGA Chairman made this known on Tuesday while presenting letter of reinstatement to the monarch on behalf of Oyo State government.
FreshPage recalls that the monarch was suspended by Oyo State Government for alleged gross-misconduct through a letter dated February 2, 2024. The suspension was signed by the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Olusegun Olayiwola.
