The Oyo State House of Assembly has called the Executive Arm of government to take decisive steps towards regulating the activities of real estate developers and practitioners in the state so as to discourage Quackery.
The house made the call following a motion presented by Hon Modiu Akande representing Ibadan South East 1 and co-sponsored by Hon Bamidele Adeola representing Iseyin/Itesiwaju constituency.

Hon Akande noted that the activities of real estate developers calls for urgent attention by the relevant Stakeholders.
The house also received the motion presented by Hon. Abideen Ogundare on the need to Constitute and operationalize Grade C Customary Courts in the state to promote grassroots access to justice and reduce the burden on Higher courts.
Hon. Ogundele appealed to the executive arm of government to initiate the constitution and operationalization of Grace C Customary courts across all local government areas in the state.
After the deliberations by the lawmakers the house forwarded the motion to the appropriate committee for further scrutiny.
