The Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (OSCATECH), Igboora has expressed her sincere appreciation to the immediate past NCC Chairman, Prof. Adeolu Akande Esq for donating 100 Laptops to the institution to support teaching and research.
The laptops were commissioned by one of his representatives Hon. Niyi Adeagbo on Thursday 6th July, 2023, in the College ICT Centre.

The commissioning was attended by staff and students of the College during which encomiums were poured on Prof. Adeolu Akande for his education support initiatives and for his empowerment programmes.
The Students’ Union Government also congratulated Prof. Adeolu Akande as he marked his 58th birthday on the 3rd of July, 2023 and cake was cut to commemorate his birthday anniversary.

Dr Ajisebiobinrin represented Prof. Adeolu Akande, while delivering the lecture, he emphasized the need and significant of community service and human development.
While responding to the lecture delivered by Prof. Adeolu Akande, the union used the opportunity to request for bus for the Students’ Union. The Students’ Union also appealed to Prof. Adeolu Akande to extend his empowerment programmes and humanitarian services to the students and staff of the institution.
