Professor of Arabic and Islamic Studies and Dean of the Faculty of Arts, University of Ibadan, Abdulhafis Oladosu will deliver 7th Ramadan lecture of a mosque founded by Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, Omi Tuntun Mosque.
The Islamic scholar who delivered 489th inaugural lecture of the University of Ibadan recently will speak on the topic, ‘’Unity in Diversity: An Islamic Perspective’’. The lecture is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 21st April, 2021, 11:00am prompt at Government House Arcade, Agodi, Ibadan.
The former governor of the state and Osi Olubadan of Ibadanland, Sen. Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja will be the Chairman of the day while Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta. Alhaji Daud Makanjuola will be special guest of honour.
Other dignitaries expected at the 7th Ramadan lecture are; Chief Imam of Ibadanland, Sheik AbdulGaniy Agbotomokekere as the spiritual father of the day, Alahja Modinat Abosede Adedibu, Senator Monsurat Sunmonu and Dr. Saka Balogun.
