The President, Olusegun Okanlawon Foundation (OOF), Engr (Dr) David Olusegun Okanlawon has joined eminent Nigerians celebrate the former Chairman, Board of Commissioners, Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Professor Adeolu Akande on the occasion of his birthday.
