Famous Nollywood actress Moyo Lawal has broken her silence concerning the leaked private video involving her and her former boyfriend.
FreshPage recalls Moyo gained significant attention a few months back when a video of her engaging in a sexual encounter with a man surfaced on the internet.
In a recent Instagram post, she disclosed that she only engaged in sexual activity twice last year, one of which led to the unauthorized release of the video.
Moyo further explained that she willingly participated in recording the tape with her ex-boyfriend, who resides outside Nigeria, as they were in the process of planning their wedding.
Reflecting on her tendency to pause her life for the men she encounters, she mentioned that she decided to end the relationship due to communication issues and the physical distance between them.
She said: “That I agreed to because he started recording after the fact, he doesn’t live in Nigeria, but he put in a lot of work winning my trust over the years and I mean a lot. So much so, we were already working towards a house, marriage, and all. That is why I had to break up with him last year, when I started having communication challenges with him because I put my entire life on pause with any man I am dating.
