A non-profit making organization, Morolake Cares Initiatives (MCI) has commended Oyo State Government under the leadership of Engr Seyi Makinde for the giant strides his administration made so far aimed at repositioning Oyo State.
The founder of the Initiatives, Rolake Laniyan through its Director of Media said the organization has been watching closely about the development Oyo State is witnessing under Engr Makinde.
Rolake expressed satisfaction about the development of critical sectors of the economy and commended Engr Makinde’s tenacity to develop Oyo State across the five geo-political zones.
Construction of Primary Health Care Centres,
Reconstruction of Sasa market with modern facilities, opening of bus terminals in Challenge and Ojoo, completion of projects embarked upon by last administration and recently flagged of construction of 76.67km of Ogbomoso-Fapote-Iseyin road were among giant strides made by Governor Makinde which the foundation perceived commendable.
Morolake Cares Initiatives aims to educate the girl-child, school dropouts and underprivileged girls, to improve their lifestyle with the vision to impact socio-economic development of society resulting in productive and empowered citizens.
