A non-governmental organisation, Morolake Cares Initiatives has empowered three widows in the first phase of its initiative for the year 2023.

The three widows who specialized in selling carbonated drinks and water were empowered with chest freezers to help them grow their businesses, to make them self-reliant and provide for their family needs without relying on anyone for survival.

The beneficiaries of deep freezers are already on monthly stipends out of the 50 widows the foundation supports, as a way of giving succour to needy in the society.

The elated beneficiaries expressed their joy upon receiving the freezers which were conveyed to their different shops.
