The legislative council of Sooro Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Atiba Local Government Area, at its sitting on Wednesday September 21, 2022, has suspended its Political Head, Hon Oguntona Seun Olunloyo.
According to the resolution of the legislative council which was signed leader of the house, Hon. Fadiran Sunday, the political head of Sooro LCDA was suspended on five-count offenses bothering on; lack of accountability, callousness and total disregard for all democratic principle and yearning of people of Sooro, high level of incompetence, negligence of duty and anti-party activities.
The suspended administrator of the LCDA was directed to hand over all government properties in his possession to the Acting Head of Local Government Administration with immediate effect.
