Senator Rashidi Ladoja, Iyaloja General of Nigeria, Chief Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, President of Maiyyeti Allah, Alhaji Usman Dodo and other eminent personalities witness the official signing of Memorandum of Understanding between southwest Farmers and Miyyeti Allah Castle Rearers Association.
This is to provide opportunity for relevant Stakeholders to proffer solutions to the problem confronting farmers in South West and Nigeria.
The coordinator of Southwest Commodities Farmers Organization Prince Olusegun Dasaolu stated that the summit was an eye opener towards finding a lasting solution to some challenges confronting farmers in the southwest.
Representing the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security Abubakar Kyari, Mrs Olubukola Akeredolu urged farmers to make use of modern technology for sustainable food production.
The 2024 summit also provided an opportunity for southwest Commodities Farmers Organization and Miyyeti Allah Castle Rearers Association to sign Memorandum of Understanding which was witnessed by the former Governor of the State, Senator Rashidi Ladoja, Iyaloja General of Nigeria Chief Folashade Tinubu-Ojo and other prominent Stakeholders in the sector.
