Two renowned Ibadan based presenters were among the awardees for this year’s edition of ROME Awards.
They were Mr. Waheed Akintayo fondly called Ilumoka presenter and Mr. Babatunde Saheed fondly called Mr. Sports.
The two broadcasters work with Fresh105.9fm based in Ibadan and owned by renowned gospel singer Dr. Olayinka Joel Ayefele.
Ilumoka presenter who anchors ‘Gbogbo Irawo’, a Yoruba entertainment program where entertainers from fields are invited to speak on the program bagged Best Entertainment Presenter at the 2020 ROME Awards while Mr. Babatunde Saheed who anchors Yoruba sports news everyday on the station’s frequency modulation bagged Best Sport Presenter Award.
Mr. Akintayo through his Facebook post obtained by FreshPage dedicated the award to the glory of Almighty God and his teeming fans across the globe.
