It was fulfilling for both the members and leadership of excellent ladies club, and the pupils and Heads of Immanuel Primary Schools, Samonda, University of Ibadan, Ibadan on the 8th of March, 2022 where the excellent ladies club led by Comrade Oluwaseyi Ilori, clothed 150 pupils of the school in new school uniforms.
This was in line with the Club’s yearly celebration programs to commemorate the IWD and her mission in giving back to the society and the less privileged. Comrade Oluwaseyi in her welcome address reiterated the mission and vision of the club – in her words- “This is one of the ways through which the vision of the Organisation – the Excellent Ladies Club is being fulfilled. We are concerned with the welfare of the indigent, the less privileged and we also engage to secure the rights of the vulnerable in the society especially the female gender.
“To comfort the weary and strengthen the weak” is our motto, and we have been doing this in our own little ways putting smiles on the faces of the needy in the society”. She expressets her sincere appreciation to the dignitaries in attendance and the beautiful excellent ladies members. She prayed for the supporters and well-wishers for continuous blessing of God upon their lives.

The Honorable Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology in Oyo State, Barrister AbdulRahman Abiodun Raheem, represented by The Director of Schools, Mrs. S.A. Oyerinde in company of her is assistant director- Mr. E. A. Ibrahim, thanked God for the life of the donors and the laudable efforts of the Excellent Ladies Club deeming it fit to remember the school in this year celebration of the club.
She Highlighted that this kind gesture will not only encourage the pupils to appreciate education but also will inspire them to work harder in their studies and make the state proud wherever they go. And that this will corroborate the efforts of the Honorable Commissioner and the entire Ministry of Education, Science and Technology to provide quality education to children now and in the future.

She admonished the children to work harder to actualise dreams of leaders of tomorrow. She prayed for the blessings of God on the Excellent Ladies Club and their Leadership, in order to impact humanity more.
The Executive Secretary, Agency for Youths and Development, Mrs Airat Adegbola, congratulated the beneficiaries for the opportunity to be part of the program, and expressed her great pleasure to grace the occasion that has inspired her in all ways. She challenged the women and parents in attendance to rise up to the needs of children.
She encouraged them to be determined, diligent, and optimistic towards having good aspirations, and not to join bad gangs in school.
Agbaakin Com. Muheedeen Bukola Akanbi-The Chairman ARSOYOC who was escorted by some of the state executives, while appreciating the excellent ladies club for the laudable program, she emphasized the need for proper orientation for the Parents to make more efforts in ensuring their children are well presented.
The Matron of the Club-Dr. Mrs. Jadesola Oni- in her address encouraged the pupils of Immanuel Primary School, Samonda, UI to focus on their education and be patient to pursue their education to tertiary education level. She urged her audience to always contribute their quotas no matter how small.
The Head Mistress of Immanuel Primary Schools I & II, who received the donation with full joy, joined the other staff of the school to applaud excellent ladies club leadership for the kind gesture. The pupils entertained the congregation with cultural songs and obligatory recitations as they reflect happiness all round.
