As part of the effort to celebrate 5 years operation of Qur’an Memorization Institute based in Ibadan, the management and authority of the Ali Institute for Qur’an Memorization has awarded scholarship to 10 students from different parts of the country.
The Director of the Institute, Mallam Ali AbdulSalam disclosed this in a statement issued in Ibadan and made available to FreshPage.
According to the statement, the scholarship will cover application form, tuition fees, school uniforms, accommodation, feeding and student identity card.
Mallam Ali revealed that the shortlisted candidates for the scholarship emerged out of the 55 applicants that participated in the screening conducted by the institute.
“The ten beneficiaries will enjoy 12-month full-boarding Qur’an Memorization Scholarship Programme at the Institute in Ibadan after the screening that was held yesterday. Beneficiaries are expected to resume 1st and 7th November, 2021.
“A servant of Allah from diaspora (may Allah reward her immensely) also donated a sum of N6,000 each for the successful candidates which shall be given to them upon resumption in sha Allah.
The beneficiaries are;
1. SHUAYB ABDURRAZAQ, 16years, Oyo State
2. MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM, 13 years, Ogun State
3. DAUD MUBARAK, 17years, Oyo State
4. MUSTAPHA SUARA, 11years, Lagos State.
5. MUSLIHUDEEN HAMDALAH, 16years, Oyo State.
6. OGUNWUNMI ZAYNAB, 14years, Osun State
7. ABDUSSALAM FATIHA, 18years, Oyo State
8. OLASUPO FARIDAT 15years, Oyo State
9. AMINU BARAKAT 16years, Kwara State.
10. SA’AD MAJEEDAH, 20years, Kwara State.
“We pray Allah accept it from the Management as an act of worship and enrich us to be able to do more in the nearest future. May He also make the memorization easy for the beneficiaries and bless it for them and other students. Aamin”.
