The newly installed Mogaji of Ile Nla (Ile Otun Oba) Labiran, Mogaji Olajuwon Adelokun II Subair-Adelokun, the youngest Mogaji in Ibadan yesterday met with the Oyo youngest commissioner, Hon. Seun Fakorede at the Ministry of Youths and Sport, secretariat Ibadan, to discuss insecurity and violence prevalent in Labiran, Ita Baale and other neighbouring communities.

The violence being wrecked in these communities which has been on for weeks now escalating beyond control as two youths from Labiran were reportedly shot on Wednesday, 10th March, 2021.

The Mogaji Ile Nla expressed his  dissatisfaction  with spate of violence orchestrated by breach in security architecture in the state.

Mogaji Olajuwon Adelokun urged government to treat it with utmost urgency, stressing that his youths are seriously being affected.

Fakorede however promises to take steps necessary for peace to reign again in Labiran and neighbouring communities. The commissioner also expressed his happiness to have someone from the interior of Ibadan reach out to him for the first since he assumed office, and his readiness to working with the Mogaji to ensure all concerns as security and holistic development are taking care of.
