The former Minister of Communications, Barrister Adebayo Shittu has described the national leader of APC and presidential aspirant of the party as the most brilliant among presidential aspirants ahead of 2023 general elections.
Barrister Shittu made the disclosure while speaking on socio-political programme on private radio in Ibadan on Saturday.
The Saki born politician said he is not a Tinubu’s person but acknowledged capacity of former Lagos State Governor to lead Nigeria from 2023.
