In a unique celebration of the Governor’s birthday, the Ibadan Book Club is proud to announce the inauguration of the Seyi Makinde Inter-schools Creative Writing Competition. This initiative aims to foster creativity and literary prowess among the youth, recognizing the invaluable role education plays in shaping the future of our society.

The competition is open to both primary and secondary schools across Oyo State, reflecting Governor Makinde’s dedication to inclusive and quality education. “We believe that promoting literacy and creative thinking is vital for the development of a vibrant and intellectually rich society,” said Wole Adedoyin, Founder of the Ibadan Book Club.
