The former lawmaker who represented the good people of Ibadan North East/South East federal constituency, Hon. Dapo Lam-Adesina yesterday met with hundreds of his followers inside Gbadamosi Hall at the Felele residence of the late former Governor, Alhaji Lamidi Onaolapo Adesina.
Hon. Dapo Lam-Adesina also distributed Christmas gifts to his teeming supporters to have joyous festive season.
The meeting which lasted for about an hour was tagged ”Thank You Meeting” to appreciate their unwavering support over the years.
According to Omo Oloore, “The year is full of ups and downs but God has been faithful to us, He deserves all praises and adorations.
“This is an end of the year gathering, a lot has happened in the political space within and outside Oyo State, I know you all want to hear from me but let us celebrate for now and we start politicking again next year.
“Like we always do every end of the year, we have come to gift end of the year packages only, alas, all political activities has been suspended till next year” He said.
Cash and food items were later distributed to all of his political followers present at the event.
Speaking after the event,One of the people at the event commended Honourable Dapo Lam Adesina for having them in mind at all times.
We have remained loyal and committed to the lamist dynasty and all I can say is, we have no regret.
The event was attended by Leaders,women and youths from the two local governments under Ibadan North East/South East Federal constituency.
