Kidnappers armed with locally fabricated guns and cutlasses on Friday forcefully stopped the vehicle in highway in Osun State and abducted driver, four other passengers.
According to eyewitness who spoke to TVC News, the sad incident happened at Aiyepe area of the community. TVC News quoting eyewitness further that the victims were taken to nearby bush along Ikirun-Iragbiji-Obokun road.

TVC News gathered that residents of the community alerted the police, who mobilized to trail the kidnappers.

Police Public Relations Officer, Osun State Command, Yemisi Opalola confirmed the incident. She said the police has found the vehicle from which passengers were whiskey away. She said the rescue operation have been launched to bring back victims alive.
