Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi has met with former student leader of the University of Ibadan, Comrade Sunday Taiwo Amos at the Ayoba Governor’s office, Ado-Ekiti.
The meeting between Dr. Fayemi and Comrade Amos centred on how to develop Ekiti across all the local government areas of the state.
Dr. Fayemi took the opportunity to x-ray what his administration has achieved in the key sectors; security, education and health.
Dr. Fayemi said he has read and heard a lot about Comrade Amos. Dr. Fayemi affirmed that Mr. Amos has a genuine love for his home State.
Comrade Amos hails from Efon Alaaye local government area of Ekiti state. He had his secondary education in Ibadan. He graduated from prestigious University of Ibadan, held a position of Faculty President and National President of Nigerian Universities Education Students’ Association (NUESA) in his final year.
As a forthright Comrade, Amos served as a member Students’ Union Representative, pioneer member, Council of Presidents, University of Ibadan.
Comrade Taiwo Amos is fondly called progressive man by his colleagues and political associates for his unflinching support for progressives party.
Comrade Amos is a member, Nigeria Institute of Management.
Comrade Amos appreciated Dr. Fayemi for his political and economic achievements and urged him to continue with his political ideology that has earned him sterling feat.
