Oyo State Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, Barr Seun Ashamu has felicitated the good people of Oyo State in his heartfelt Salah message.
Barr Ashamu charged Muslims all over the world to reflect on the essence of Eid-el-Kabir.
