Abiodun Tifase, an officer of the Department of State Security (DSS) has allegedly stabbed Mr Oladele Omosola, a caretaker in-charge of residence of where Mr Tifase lives over an argument for electricity bill.
Mr. Omosola who was allegedly stabbed by Mr. Tifase narrated that all tenants living in the house under his control have paid their electricity bill for the month except except the DSS officer.
Mr. Omosola who spoke on hospital bed said a woman had volunteered to collect the money on behalf everyone in the house.

“I told the woman to bring the money so that I can collect from the last person. When I met Mr. Tifase and requested for his monthly electricity bill, he molested everyone at the scene where I asked him. After he entered the house, I went to him to know why he didn’t pay. The next thing, he brought out Jack knife and stabbed me and ran away. I was rushed to the hospital for treatment”.
While briefing BBC News Yoruba how Mr. Tifase became tenant in the house, the caretaker said, he lied to him that he was a staff of BOVAS filling station, Osogbo before he gave him the room as occupant.
A resident in the neighborhood where the sad incident happened, Mr. Morohunkola Tosin Ayinde said Mr. Tifase didn’t portrayed himself as a good person with his attitude to the caretaker who gave him accommodation. He urged government to caution security men from abuse of what they were given to protect citizens.
The Nurse in the hospital where Mr Omosola was taking to, Olasunkanmi Basrat said the victim was bleeding profusely before they put it on hold. He said Mr. Omosola is responding to treatment.
