Alhaji Musilu Akinsanya, President National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) has finally signed landmark agreement with CNG Bus Branding Project, aligning with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s vision.
In a statement released on Sunday by Special Adviser on Media and Public Communications to NURTW President, Mr Azeez Fatai Adesokan.
NURTW Partners with Pi-CNG Inaugurating Eco-Friendly Transportation Revolution on
November 21, 2024 In a groundbreaking initiative, the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) has launched its CNG Bus Branding Project, aligning with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s vision to alleviate the transportation challenges faced by citizens.
The NURTW leadership, comprising:
– Alh. Najeem Yasin (Chairman, Board of Trustee)
– Alh. Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya (National President)
– Alh. Issa Ore (Deputy President)
– Comrade Kayode S. A. Agbeyangi (Acting General Secretary)
– Other key officials were present at the branding ceremony, joined by Pi-CNG representatives:
– Omoh Imoukhuede (Commercial Operation Manager)
– Thomas Ayu (Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator)
– Hadiza Lawal (Head of Finance)
This pioneering collaboration aims to provide an alternative, eco-friendly transportation solution, enhancing the lives of Nigerian citizens.
But, on November 27, 2024, the agreement was finally sealed and buses delivered.
