The senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Teslim Folarin has expressed that the current set of service chiefs have overstayed, Nigeria need new set of service chiefs to tackle insecurity confronting the nation.
He made the disclosure while featuring on live radio programme State Affairs anchored by Edmund Obilo which was aired on the station’s frequency modulation in Ibadan.
Senator Folarin frowned at continuous killings by dreaded Boko-Haram sect in the North East and other parts of the country. He used the avenue to call on the president muhammadu Buhari to bring new service chiefs on board with fresh ideas on how to tackle security challenges confronting the nation.
Oloye Folarin stated the current service chiefs have overstayed while the country keeps losing innocent lives and property worth millions of naira to the inefficiency on the part of service chiefs.
It would be recalled that few days ago, a convoy of Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai killed a man in Katsina State who was distributing the wedding invitation of his child.
