Oyo State Government through office of the Head of Service has mandated all members of staff of MDAs to upload their passport photographs towards production of SMART ID Cards.

According to the circular obtained by FreshPage signed by Permanent Secretary, Head of Service, B.A Adeyanju.
FRESHPAGE.COM.NG recalls that Management Information Centre (MIC) has collected data of all members of staff through Google Form.

According to the memo, the MIC is ready to carry out data update and verification before commencement of production of SMART ID Cards.
The following are 6 steps to follow;
i. Access portal using
http://smart card.oyostate.gov.ng
ii. Enter your surname and phone number as contained in the data initially submitted to verify your identity
iii. An OTP will be sent to your phone for verification
iv. Input the OTP into the pop up space
v. Take an upload a clear professional digital passport photographs having the required specification of 35mm in width, and 45mm in height. Resolution (form) should be a minimum of 600 x 600 pixels in colour with white background;
v. After upload and submission, a confirmation message is received
vi. The portal will be opened on 30th November and closes on the 7th December, 2022
“All MDAs are to liase with their Director Administration and Supplies and the ICT Desk Officers for assistance. Note that assistance with genuine issues will be attended to at the complaint centre located in the Smart Cards Office, Room 23, Office of the Head of Service and open space, Office of the Executive Governor, Secretariat”.
