Reality beckons in what appeared impossible from the onset as Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde and leadership of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the Oyo South Senatorial District have endorsed Engr Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe as replacement for Olubadan’s younger brother, Senator Kola Balogun.
Senator Kola Balogun is the serving senator of the Oyo South Senatorial District, many thought he would get a return ticket to contest 2023 election as senator in PDP but reversed is the case.
The Anchor of Political Circuit, Mr. Mayor Isaac Brown announced the twist and reality about Oyo South Senatorial ticket in PDP on Sunday evening.
According to Mayor; “The leadership of Oyo PDP in the 9 local government of the Oyo South Senatorial District has in a meeting endorsed Mogaji Tegbe for the party ticket”.
Following the development, Senator Kola Balogun is yet to respond or counter the claim made by Mayor Isaac Brown.
