President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday sworn-in Iseyin born Legal Icon, Justice Kayode Ariwoola as the Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN).
The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Executive Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Justice Ariwoola who was elevated recently became lead of the Supreme Court due to resignation of Justice Tanko Muhammed as CJN over Heath reasons.
The Nation reports that Ariwoola arrived in the company of fellow Justices of the Supreme Court at about 2.45pm in a white tinted coaster bus, headed straight for the Council Chambers.
Ariwoola is the third Supreme Court Justice to occupy the top judiciary job of the country in the life of the Buhari administration.
