The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared House of Representatives election in Ibadan North East/South East federal constituency inclusive.
The Commission made its position known following the irregularities that marred the conduct of the election in few wards.
INEC will fix new date for the rerun in the affected polling units.
