In a heartfelt congratulatory message, Ambassador Engr. Dr. David Olusegun Okanlawon, a prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Chairman of the Olusegun Okanlawon Foundation (OOF), has extended his warm felicitations to Alhaji Fatai Ibikunle on his appointment as Executive Director of the Commercial, Agriculture & Environment sector at the Southwest Development Commission (SWDC).
