Mr. Yinka Afonja, the Chairman of Ace Supermarkets Limited has donated 150kVA marapco generator to University College Hospital (UCH) in order to overcome power problem in the foremost medical hospital in Sub-sahara Africa.

Afonja led management team members of Ace Supermarkets Limited to deliver the generator. The charitable donation was made as part of the 2022 Community Social Responsibility (CSR) of the Ace Supermarkets Limited.

Mr. Afonja also announced the annual donation of N2million for Indigent pediatrics and opthalmology in UCH.

The elated Chief Medical Director of the UCH, Prof. Jesse Otegbayo appreciated the donor of the generator. He lauded his commitment to assist the less privileged within the medical facility.
