The All Progressives Congress APC governorship candidate in the 2019 gubernatorial election, Chief Adebayo Adelabu has awarded Scholarships and splashed a sum of #500,000 on the trio runners-up of Miss Oyo beauty pageant.
The former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria announced this at the end of the Miss Oyo beauty pageant for year 2020 where one of the daughters of Imperial Majesty Alaafin of Oyo, Princess Adedoja Adeyemi was crowned as the winners.
The event which held inside Felicia Hall, Jogor Centre, Ibadan.
The three runners-up were awarded scholarships but 1st, 2nd and 3rd runners-up got #250,000, #150,000 and #100,000 respectively courtesy of Agbaakin Parakoyi of Ibadanland.
