Barely four weeks after Oyo State governor, Engr Seyi Makinde claimed that the killing of Dr. Aborode in Igangan has political undertone, a chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo state has been arrested and detained in Ibadan for the gruesome murder of Dr Aborode in Igangan.
Party chairman from Ibarapa central and north, Alhaji Yisau (Tapa) and former caretaker chairman Iliasu ololade ,Mr Obey from Igboora too were seen infront of Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) office Dugbe. The trio in company of others went to see their leader who was detained as a prime suspect of Dr. Aborode murder.
