Senator Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi has met with representatives and leaders of not less than ten groups which compromises market and co-operative groups in Oyo State.

The meeting held held Coalition Movement for Bola Ahmed Tinubu (CoMBAT) office. Senator Akanbi engaged leaders of groups present on the need to mobilize all their members to get their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) ahead of 2023 presidential election.

He urged them to vote Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the only candidate that have the capacity to deliver. Senator Akanbi noted that the essence of meeting leaders of groups is to reduce voters apathy noticed in the two previous general elections.

The groups unanimously implored Senator Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi to visit all markets and organizations across board in order to take Asiwaju’s Campaign to the grassroots.

They pledged their loyalty to any project Senator Akanbi involved due to his track record. The leaders of the groups described Senator Akanbi as one of the few politicians that remains consistent to helping and supporting market men and women within and outside office.

“We  are not only supporting Asiwaju’s aspiration because of his integrity but also because this aspiration is being brought to us by Senator Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi who is of impeccable character. We believe and stand for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu”.

The groups and Associations present were; Ibadan Progressive Marketers Association, Ibadan Industrial Agric Machinery Spare Parts, Labaowo Ogunpa Market, Nigeria Society Of Professional Tailors, Mokola Ifesowapo CICS, Mokola Al-meen CICS, Apete Ibadan Albarka CICS, Ifesowapo Motor Scraps Plank Sellers Association Of Oyo State and Apete Ibadan Albarka.
