The Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Students Matter, Hon. Victor Olojede on Wednesday flagged off the Permanent Voters Card (PVC) registration drive for students in all tertiary institutions in Oyo state at the University of Ibadan.
The PVC registration process started simultaneously in all tertiary institutions in Oyo State.
Hon. Olojede while speaking after the exercise said more than one thousand new registration across various campuses were recorded in day one of the exercise.
He urged students of tertiary institutions without PVC to utilize the opportunity, get registered at designated centres and elect right candidate in 2023.
The registration will close on Wednesday, 16th March, 2022. Hon. Olojede reiterated that right of all students of tertiary institutions to have.
He appreciated the union leaders for their support to achieve success in day one of the exercise and urged to continue on the path to achieve success of the exercise.
