Engr. Dotun Sanusi, proprietor of Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resorts and Sen. Teslim Folarin, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, have delivered their wards and local government area of Ona Ara to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, candidate of the APC in the presidential election.
Sanusi won his ward one with 557 votes to defeat Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, who scored 355. Folarin also won in his ward and others.
At the end of the election in the council area, APC scored 11, 178 while PDP scored 5,085.
Meanwhile, Sanusi has been commended for his roles in ensuring that Bola Tinubu, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, wins yesterday’s election.
At his ward 1 area of Ona Ara local government, Bola Tinubu polled 557 to defeat Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, scored 355.

The Ibadan Mogaji, for months, campaigned and mobilized support for the aspiration of the former Lagos governor. Every Saturday, he brought support groups to his facility in the Akanran area of the local government where Teslim Folarin, governorship candidate of the APC in March 11, 2023 election and Jumoke Akinjide, former minister of Federal Capital Territory and top Atiku campaigner in the state, hail from.

The residents commended the graduate of University of Ibadan for his selflessness and determination at ensuring Tinubu wins.
Sanusi who, is the Otun Apesinola of Ibadanland, Â was of the view that for Nigeria to move forward, electorates need to look beyond religion, adding that Tinubu is the solution to the current woes bedeviling the country.
