A delectable lecturer in the University of Ibadan, Dr. Olayemi Jumoke Biodun-Oyebanji on Sunday becomes First Lady of Ekiti State following the emergence of her husband Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji in June 16, gubernatorial election in the state.
Dr. Biodun-Oyebanji is a senior lecturer of the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education. She joined the service of the University of Ibadan in 2013 from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti.
As the second female lecturer when she joined Department of Educational Management, she is loved by young and old following her accessibility and tenacity to assist students and make them better brand.
She has served the Department in various capacity to achieve vision of the Department in producing graduates that are worthy in character and learning.
Dr Olayemi is a princess from Ekiti, no wonder she treats anyone that come across her as prince or princess.
Ekiti State is lucky to have an educationist, amazing institutional administrator and human resource developer as First Lady. Her experience in a academic will no doubt help Ekiti to build on the legacy of last administration.
Dr. Olayemi has over 70 publications in local and international journals of repute.
