A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC and the immediate senator representing Oyo South Senatorial District, Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi has felicitated with Muslim ummah on the occasion of this year’s Hijrah 1443 which signifies commencement of Islamic year.
Okanlomo of Ibadanland urged Muslim faithfuls in Oyo State and Nigeria as whole to sustain the virtues of Hijrah as preached by Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W).
Senator Akanbi charged Muslims to pray for peace, unity and progress of Nigeria during this period.
