Born in Ibadan to Chief M.M Adedosu, a retired civil servant and lawyer, and Mrs Iyabo Arinnade Adedosu, “Bayo” as he is fondly called, had his elementary education in Abadina Primary inside University of Ibadan and Emmanuel College Primary School, before he proceeded to Emmanuel College High School, Ibadan, for his secondary education.

Bayo attended the old Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti, now Ekiti state university where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his University days, Bayo was a member of Civil Liberty Organisation (CLO) as well as Committee for the Defense of Human Rights (CDR), during the military regime. Bayo was a student union activist, having contested for the post of Secretary General of the Ondo State University Student Union Government. He was also a foremost member of the Junior Chamber International Nigeria (JCIN).

Holding different offices within the Collegiate Council, in 1999, he served as the National Coordinator of the JCIN collegiate mentoring programme, also serving at the same time as the personal assistant to the national president of the JCIN.

During his Youth Service in Ijebu-Ode, Bayo pioneered the setting up of National Electric Power Authority (NEPA), Customer Service Department at NEPA the Ijebu Ode district.

Bayo started his career with FEDX RedStar Express (Nigeria), as a customer service supervisor, and as a result of his outstanding performance, he was moved to the sales department within a year as a commercial executive. As a commercial executive, in 2003, he jointly won the Commercial Executive of the Year Award at FEDX Redstar Express, with the price of a two weeks all expense vacation trip to Paris France.

Upon return from France, he was seconded to the customer service as Manager Domestic Operations.He has always been seen as a people person who does not discriminate or relate with people based on status.While at FEDX, he had keen interest in IT, working closely with the IT Department.

In 2003, Bayo got married to Yetunde Martins now Mrs Adedosu and they are blessed with two boys. In 2006, Bayo and his wife relocated to Canada.

He worked in some top organisations in Canada, amongst which are Rogers Communications Inc. (Canada), Solutions Analyst at IronData (Canada), Government of Canada, Manitoba Public Insurance, IBM etc., where he delivered top quality applications/systems collaborating with multi-stakeholders.

In 2014, he Incorporated Jago Solutions Int’l Inc, an IT and Management Consulting Firm, where he is the President/Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He continues to use his company in assisting new Nigerian Immigrants
in Canada, with job opportunities.

With over 20 years of working experience in Business Process Analysis, Project Management, Software/Applications development, Sales/Marketing, Logistics, Warehousing, Telecommunications and Service provisioning, Bayo comes with a strong
recommendation for creating niches, partnering with other companies in win-win scenarios, and creating international presence. He has collaborated with many individuals on philanthropic projects.

Bayo is seen as a generous and life-impacting individual who believes so much in selfless service to humanity. He has uncompromising high values.
