A governorship aspirant under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has joined the progressive family, academic world and good people of Oyo State to celebrate an exceptional scholar, administrator, and statesman, Professor Taoheed Adedoja, whose immense contributions to education, youth development and national development continue to inspire generations.

Bakare said Prof. Adedoja’s remarkable journey as a former Minister of Youth and Sports and former Chairman of the Oyo oState Universal Basic Education Board (OyoSUBEB) stands as a testament to his commitment to academic excellence, educational reform, and human capital development. Bakare affirmed that through Prof. Adedoja’s visionary leadership, countless lives were positively impacted, and the educational sector witnessed meaningful progress and transformation.
Bakare hailed Prof. Adedoja’s dedication to knowledge, discipline, and service to humanity being a former Provost, Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo. He described Prof. Adedoja as an accomplished academic and seasoned administrator, who has consistently demonstrated that leadership is most meaningful when it is driven by integrity, wisdom, and genuine concern for the people.
Worthy of note is the role played by Prof. Adedoja during a build-up to Oyo APC guber primaries ahead of 2027 general elections where he admonished all aspirants to embrace peace and propagate progress of the party; Bakare added.
