Ahead of the 2027 general elections, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has produced Chief Adegboyega Adegoke as its gubernatorial candidate in Oyo State. Adegoke emerged following the party’s primary election held amid excitement among party faithful and supporters.
Other parties are expected to produce their candidates in the next few days before the deadline set by INEC inline with Electoral Act.

Allied Peoples’ Movement, APM has produced Bimbo Adekanmbi, while Senator Sharafadeen Alli is likely to emerge as APC candidate.
