All seems not well with the conduct of primaries of the All Progressives Congress, APC to present House of Representatives candidate for Ibadan North East/South East federal constituency as youths in the constituency voiced out that leaders in the constituency are after highest bidder who can pay their price and not considering popular candidate among the aspirants who has good track records among others.
The youths urged the constituents to disregard any process through which unpopular candidate emerge. They stressed that no elections held in over 70 per cent of the wards of the constituency.
One of the youth who spoke with FreshPage under the condition of anonymity alleged that two leaders from South East LGA and one from North East were masterminds of imposing unpopular candidate on everyone in the constituency.
The youths alleged that leaders in the constituency have been threatening their lives for opposing and speaking out against their shady deal.

The youth call on the organ of the party to conduct free and fair primaries free of intimidation and harassment. They noted that no primaries was held for Ibadan North East/South East federal constituency.
