Oyo APC Chieftain, Chief Wale Ohu has successfully supervised the hitch-free conduct of the Ward Congress at Gov. Dapo Abiodun’s Ward in Iperu, Ward 3 of Ikenne Local Government of Ogun state on Wednesday.
Chief Wale Ohu is the Chairman of the Ward and Local Government Congress Committee for Ogun state.
At Wednesday’s exercise, The Governor of Ogun state, Prince Dapo Abiodun was physically present.
It was a symbolic exercise where the Governor mingled with party members from the Ward level.
A pointer to the fact that politics is local and that the Governor is perfectly in touch with the grassroots.
In line with the APC Constitution and tradition, consensus through affirmation was adopted for the exercise.
It was a delight to see the Governor participating by raising up his party membership card just like every other members of the party in his Ward. This is evident in the accompanying photograph.
You will recollect that Chief Wale Ohu had successfully supervised similar exercises at Ogun and Ondo States in the past.
