The National Working Committee, NWC of the All Progressives Congress, APC has appointed Chief Wale Ohu as the Chairman of the Congress Committee saddled with the responsibilities of conducting Wards and Local Government Congresses across the 20 Local Governments of Ogun state.

Other members of the Committee are: Hon. Mustapha Ali Sanda, from Borno state, Hon. Yemi Taiwo, Osun state, Hon. Habeeb Aileru, Lagos state, Amb. Thomas Oduh, Benue State, Nda Livinus Yilbial and Hon. Boye Oyewumi from Ondo state is the Secretary of the Committee.

Chief Wale Ohu’s appointment is in recognition of his meritorious performance in previous assignments given to him by the party.

FRESHPAGE recall that Chief Ohu was appointed to serve in similar capacity in Ogun state in 2022.

He was also the Chairman of the Committee that conducted the primaries to select the gubernatorial candidate for the APC in Ogun state in 2022.

The NWC of the APC also appointed him as the Chairman of the primaries monitoring Committee in Ondo state and it is on record that the primaries which produced the incumbent Governor of Ondo state is now a template for imitation by the APC.
