The Chief Imam of Ago‑Are Community.in ATISBO LGA, Sheikh Alh Ahmad Rufai Idera II, is dead. Sheikh Ahmad-Rufai reportedly died on Friday after a brief illness.
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Ago-Are Community, Okanlawon Samson Omotayo confirmed the sad news to pressmen.
“It is with profound sadness that we announce his death. He was a beloved leader and a true servant of the community.

“May Allah (SWT) grant him Jannatul Firdaus and forgive his shortcomings. Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved family, the Muslim community, and the people of Ago‑Are. May Allah comfort the grieving and give them strength to bear this loss”
The deceased would be buried on Saturday by 9:00am according to Islamic rites.
