Fourteen years of consistent publication is a remarkable achievement, and Celebrity Magazine, under the leadership of Lion Chief Folashade Akinola, deserves commendation.
The magazine has become a household name, synonymous with elegance and excellence in journalism.

As noted by Professor Segun George Ademowo, the former Dean of the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, “Mr. Oladejo, you don’t write about someone you don’t believe in”. I believe in Folashade Akinola, and I believe in the Celebrity Magazine.

The publisher’s dedication to showcasing Nigerian celebrities is evidence of her unshakeable commitment to promoting the nation’s rich cultural heritage.
The magazine’s impeccable production quality, as showcased in the brochure for the first-ever Olubadan Coronation Lecture, is a reflection of the publisher’s attention to detail and passion for excellence.
I join the voices of many in congratulating Lion Chief Folashade Akinola and the entire Celebrity Magazine team on this remarkable achievement.
May this celebration mark the beginning of many more years of success, growth and continued excellence in journalism.
I wish you and your team many more years of elegance, sophistication and exceptional storytelling! This piece serves as a prelude to the 15th anniversary celebration of the magazine next year, Insha Allah!
Kudos to Celebrity Magazine!
