A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Oyo State, Aare Abeeb Idowu Balogun has resigned his membership with the opposition party in the State and joined the ruling People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
Aare Balogun in his resignation letter sighted by FRESHPAGE correspondent and addressed to the chairman of the APC in Ward 12, Ibadan South West Local Government Area said it’s worrisome to be a in party that believes in imposition of candidates and where faithful members have no contribution in decision-making.

He accused leadership of the APC for giving consideration to highest bidder among aspirants for elective positions. He expressed frustration at how party neglect work, recommendation of committee and handpicked what pleases them.
