The Acting Provost, Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo, Dr. Nelson Aderemi Oyewo has congratulated the newly elected NANS/Oyo JCC Chairman-Elect, Ridwan Ademola Adegoke (a.k.a Pal. Solution) over his victory at the poll at the recent election of the Council held at the National Musium of Unity, Alesinloye, Ibadan.

In a release signed and made available by the Special Assistant on Media Matters to the Provost, ‘Wale Adeoye quoting the College helmsman, “Today, our joy knows no bounds as a College, as one of our students, Mr. Ridwan Ademola Adegoke of the Technical Education (Building/Wood) contested and won the Chairmanship of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS)/Oyo State Joint Campus Council (JCC) in a keenly contested election. As a College, we identify with the success of Mr. Ademola Adegoke as he has done the College proud. On behalf of the College Management, I congratulate him and his other elected officers. I pray God works with him in the new task of taking NANS/Oyo JCC to greater heights.”

Speaking further, the renowned Guidance Counselor states, “one of the goals of our College in the assignment of nation building is to see our products becoming leaders at wherever they find themselves. This is why our administration continues to provide an enabling environment for student unionism with an intention to plant leadership qualities in our students from now. We shall continue in this direction and I am sure we shall maintain our place as a Primus inter pares. Once again, congratulations to Ridwan Ademola Adegoke, while I specially congratulate the President, Students’Union, EACOED, Comrade Joy Olawuyi for his unflinching support to the Chairman-elect before, during and after the election. The glory is to us all and we thank God for this feat”.
